Who We Are

The Western Canadian District of the Christian and Missionary Alliance in Canada is a thriving transformational movement of churches. We are committed to bringing glory to God through pursuing life, church and world transformation. Our growing number of churches and congregations (140 at present) within the Alberta/NWT region reflects a mosaic of multicultural expressions of faith in thriving urban centers, sprawling suburban neighborhoods and rural townships.  But it’s more than just geography and demographics. We stand on the same foundation, and we stand together. God transforms people – we see it happening in so many corners of Alberta. Through the wonder of that act, those people become part of a larger transformation going on in their homes, their workplaces, the places they play, and the people they share their lives with.
